Watervliet had scheduled street sweeping on 19th Street from 6 to 10 a.m. Oct. 1, according to a city community news notice published Sept. 30.
The city also announced plans to sweep the southbound lane of 2nd Avenue from 21st to 25th Street. The notice did not give a separate time for that work or confirm completion of either sweep.
